Rikki Rocks Her Return To Detroit For Senior Pictures!

We love photographing Rikki – the girl just has IT!  She’s a sweetheart and you’ve seen her on our blog before representing our studio as a spokesmodel for the class of 2022 with an epic session in Detroit.

Here’s the encore.

Now it was chilly – okay flat out cold – but Rikki is a pro and you would never know it from these photos!  Let’s get to the highlights!

Violet Brings The Violet Style To Detroit As Only They Can!

Violet came to the studio with their mom Polly and we didn’t know what we were in for – Violet had very strong ideas about what they envisioned for their senior pictures – a goth approach to the makeup and a very specific look.  So when Violet showed up the day of the session we were stunned at how cool their look actually was, and much credit goes to Yasmine at Mandy Rose for the makeup – as a matter of fact she posted a little video of Violet’s face before they left to come to the studio…

Twin Seniors in Detroit! Next Up: Awesomeness With Austin!

In our last post we highlighted Haley with the promise that her twin brother Austin (who made a cameo in the highlights) would get his turn in the spotlight as the follow up.  So here we are!  We gushed about these two in the last one but a little more gushing might still be in order – you’ll see why since Austin is as photogenic as his twin sister!  What great kids and what a great day this was.  So let’s get to part 2 – awesomeness with Austin!

Twin Seniors in Detroit! First Let’s Say Hello To Haley!

Twin seniors are always a lot of fun – that twin bond and interaction makes for a great time and great photos – never fails!  These two in particular are an absolute delight – Haley and Austin are smart, funny, accomplished and beautiful people!  Besides, twins allow us to highlight the day twice because we like to give them their own turn in the spotlight, and we’re going “ladies first” with Haley!  Their mom Ericka actually met us while we were downtown on location in Detroit on a slightly chilly and ultimately surprise rainy day, but we worked it to our advantage – be sure to scroll through this whole post and you’ll see!

Okay she’s adorable.  This photo was taken at the DIA, and of course we also had the twins pose together for plenty of pics as well – like this one:

Taking Senior Pictures In Detroit To The Max – With Max!

Taking it to the Max is how we roll here at Frameable Faces.  When you’ve got a Max to take it to the Max with and a city like Detroit to work with?  Well now you’re cooking with oil as they say!!!  Max is a class of 2022 senior at Berkley High School.  Now it may have been just a TAD chilly on this day, but so what?  Max was a trooper and he still kicked butt.  Awesome kid, awesome session and we weren’t surprised – we’ve actually known this family for many years and Max’s mom Jen came along for the day.  We had a blast – the elements were NOT going to prevent us from taking it to the max – with Max!

Kylie Killed It For A Fantastic Fall Senior Session – Like For Real

Ally likes to make fun of me for always saying “So and so KILLED IT” when referring to our seniors.  But guess what?  I. DON’T. CARE.  If they killed it then they killed it!  And Kylie?  SHE KILLED IT.  I actually had a really tough time narrowing down what to highlight for this blog post.  Kylie is a Bloomfield Hills Blackhawk and a swimmer – and such a sweetheart!  Her dad Paul came for the consultation to help plan it and then her mom Whitney came to the session!  Great people!  So let’s get to some highlights:

Aiden Is The Man And His Senior Picture Session (Sham)Rocked!

Aiden came to us by way of his mom Kelly whom we’ve known for many years – I (Doug) worked with Kelly and we were in the M.B.A. program at Wayne State together!  We’ve been friends a long time and it was really cool to hang with her and her son for his senior pics!  Aiden is a Catholic Central Shamrock – a football player and shot put / discus thrower for the track team – just a great kid (not that I’m surprised)!!!  We had a pretty neat game plan for him including some studio work, some FIRE, and some location photos at the CC campus, so let’s get to some highlights!

A Little Fire, A Little Fall Flava With Faris On His Senior Session!

Faris is a legacy with big shoes to fill – his sister Nora‘s portrait has been hanging in the studio for a couple years from her senior session!  But we have to say Faris was totally up for the challenge and created plenty of magic on his own with some FIRE and some FALL FLAVA!  Great kid, great family – we were not surprised in the least.  Mom & Dad Rajaa & Elias are delightful and we have a great time hanging with them.  Now let’s get to some highlights!

We had a dandy of a day indeed in Franklin with Dalia and her mom Marla with a Pure Michigan feel!  We love photographing seniors at the Franklin Cider Mill (and eating a few – okay a lot of donuts)!  So let’s get to some highlights!
