Ally and Doug worked on getting pictures of my twin sons who passed away photos retouched to remove the medical equipment while they were in the NICU. Their customer service was fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation and understood how important and heart wrenching going through this process was for me and my family. The photos turned out to be absolutely perfect and they truly have no idea how much this warmed my heart. The added touch was that the photos were ready on my birthday definitely a sign from heaven.
