Autumn With Arnav (and TAZZ) On An Incredible Day At Mill Race!

Arnav is all grown up – and a fine young man he’s turned out to be!  We’ve known him since he was about 10 and we hadn’t seen him for a while so we were pretty happy to get the call from his dad Ash for senior pictures!  It was a family affair with Ash, mom Shama and PUP TAZZ!!!!!  Tazz got into the act as you’ll see below, and in the meantime let’s get to the highlights with this class of 2021 senior at the International Academy on an incredible scene of Pure Michigan fall colors at Mill Race Historical Village in Northville!

Mill Race Village is definitely one of our favorite new spots to photograph now that we have a permit – there’s so much to work with there!

Cool Fall Colors With Chris and a Senior Session Snowboard!

The Pure Michigan Fall Colors have been stunning this season – that isn’t unique per se since they are always nice this time of year, but the colors have lasted a bit longer this year and the senior sessions have been spectacular.  Chris’s session is no exception!  He’s a Class of 2021 Laker from West Bloomfield High School and we got up and at ’em for a Saturday morning in Birmingham before we returned to the studio for a few pics with his snowboard.  Let’s take a look at the highlights!

Estee Is Just The Bestee! The Title For Her Senior Session Writes Itself!

Estee is indeed the bestee – haha I could NOT resist that title for this blog post!!!  We’ve known her and her fam for years and she’s a legacy Frameable senior since we photographed her big bro Ben a couple years ago!  Her mom Leigh joined us, and even Ben and dad Jeff joined for a couple family pics – I think I might do a separate post of the family pics that have come from a few of our senior sessions where the fam jumped in!  But in the meantime let’s focus on Estee and her memorable session in Detroit!

Steven, A Saxophone, and Stupendous Senior Pictures!

Steven is a great kid and we love everything Elias – we’ve already photographed three of his cousins for their senior pictures and we had just as much fun with this part of the family!  Deborah and David were a blast – we love it when both parents join us on the session, and we had a great Michigan Fall day to work with!  Steven is a well rounded dude and a class of 2021 senior at Bloomfield Hills High School!  We did some in studio and some outdoors so let’s get to the highlights starting indoors:

Ellie Elevates Her Game On Her Fab Fall Senior Session!

Ellie elevates her game in the following photographs – like, they’re awesome, and SHE’S awesome.  We love this girl who has represented our studio as a spokesmodel this year at North Farmington High School (our beloved alma mater) for the class of 2021!  We’ve known this fam for decades and we’ve loved photographing Ellie – she’s full of personality, smart, adorable and she’s just fun.  Both of her parents Jeff and Kari joined us at Mill Race Historical Village in Northville on a beautiful Fall afternoon and the results are awesome.  Let’s get to a few of them shall we?

Mill Race is one of our new favorite places to photograph since we got the permit to shoot there this year and Ellie brought her A-Game.  A shout out also goes to Caroline at Mandy Rose Studio for makeup!

Shae’s Session of Senior Pictures Is A Sure Thing!

Shae is such a good natured dude – we knew this session would be a sure thing when we met with him.  We did some really cool stuff and Shae enjoyed himself for sure!  His younger twin sisters Tori and Savannah joined us along with his mom Julie and we had a great time!  Shae is a class of 2021 senior and he’s all about hoops so we did a little of that, a little bit of the Pure Michigan fall color look, and yep – it turned out to be a sure thing – a winner of a session!  Let’s get to the highlights:

An Amazing Metropolitan Meetup With Madi For Senior Pictures!

A metropolitan meetup is a great way to spend a day – especially with Miss Madi in Detroit for senior pictures!  We go wayyyy back with Madi’s parents and Doug & Madi’s dad JJ have known each other for about 4 1/2 decades so this was one of those surreal sessions for us and we had a great time with Madi and her mom Amy!  Madi is a class of 2021 senior at Frankel Jewish Academy and we spent a nice breezy day downtown with her, so let’s get to some highlights!

Our first highlight comes from the riverwalk on the rocks, and yes, we got busted for this photo.  We got the pic in just before security told us we couldn’t be on that side of the fence on the rocks!  We won’t do that again but we’re glad we did for this shot because it’s awesome…

Adrianna Gets Artsy In Detroit On Her Amazing Senior Picture Session!

Adrianna gets artsy on this senior session with a first for us – photographing at and around the Detroit Institute of Art!  Pretty cool setting that we enjoyed quite a bit – we’ve already been back since.  Meanwhile we’ve photographed Adrianna a LOT!  Going back to when she was very little, and not to mention she is a spokesmodel representing the studio for the West Bloomfield Laker class of 2021!  The whole family joined for a couple of family pics – dad Tommy, brothers TJ and Cruz, and then mom Lillian stayed on for the whole session – we always have a great time with these guys!

Radiant Rachel Reaches For Senior Picture Greatness!

Radiant Rachel for sure – what a stunningly beautiful girl on the inside and out whom we photographed on a perfect September day!  Rachel is a legacy Bloomfield Hills Blackhawk since we photographed her brother Kyle a couple years ago, and this session was special because mom Dawn AND grandma Nadine joined us!  We had so much fun – Ally was pretty pumped to edit these so we could post them and you’ll see why…

Adorable Anna just sums it up – she just is.  We had an amazingly fantastic session with her and her parents Jen and Tom in Detroit, and we kinda knew we would because her big sis Meg’s senior session was a memorable one as well.  We love this fam!  Anna is a class of 2021 senior at Detroit Country Day and we’ve been looking forward to getting these up on the blog, so let’s get to it!
