Sara returns to the blog and we’re all about it.  She brings plenty of style and personality to her sessions so we were looking forward to this one – her spokesmodel session was one to remember and the follow up contains some stunning shots too!  We had a great day with Sara and her dad David – we even hung out for a while after the session!

Ryan Rocks His Senior Pictures Which Had A Little Of Everything!

Ryan rocks – what a great kid!  We went to high school with his mom Missy and we had a blast with them along with dad Jon on a cold snowy day in Detroit, along with some pics back at the studio and the finale in the Clarkston Wolves hockey team locker room!  Plenty of laughs, and as the title suggests, this session had a little of everything – even Barley their Bernese Mountain Dog!  So let’s get to the highlights!

Building Entrepreneurship 2023 With BBYO Here At The Studio!

Building Entrepreneurship is a BBYO program that we have been involved with over the years – it returned last year in Detroit after a little hiatus and we were honored to participate!  BBYO is the leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement aspiring to involve more Jewish teens in more meaningful Jewish experiences, and both of our kids were very active in it while they were in high school.  We love to give back and anytime we can tell our story and mentor young people about business and careers we are game!  This year they came to us here at the studio and we were thrilled to host them!

Building Entrepreneurship 2023!

As we’ve said before we think it’s important to get young people to start thinking about viewing the world from a business standpoint – even if it’s just in terms of following their passions and looking at the social media platforms they are already on from a marketing and career standpoint.  Follow the brands and professions you like on Instagram for example in addition to your friends!  See how they operate, how they communicate to their communities.  It’s easy to learn plenty even if you aren’t sure what you want to do with your life!  The girls asked some great questions and some of them are clearly already thinking about their futures.

Syd The Kid Is Now Syd WITH Kid, Hubby Matt & Baby Charli!

Things continue to take turns for the surreal here as we had our first high school senior return with her baby!!!  We used to call Sydney “Syd the Kid” (Syd is 4th from the top) and now she’s Syd WITH Kid – and hubby Matt!  This was so cool and we were giddy when she called to say she wanted to bring Charli to the studio for her first photo session!  With a little assist from Grandma Jane we got some fantastic portraits that we are thrilled to share!

Things have taken a turn for the surreal here at Frameable Faces lately…  Hannah (aka “HBM” for Hannah Banana Montana) was one of our first senior spokesmodels for the class of 2011 (that’s Hannah 4th from the top) and now she’s back with a hubby and expecting a baby!!!  Wow… we’re old.

Okay we love Western Michigan Theatre – at least if Hannah and Kemar are any indicator because these two are awesome.  Hannah came in for headshots and when Kemar saw them he called too!  These two are students at Western and they are both in WMU Theatre so these headshots are for their acting resumes – their personas just leap off the screen and we had a blast with both of them…
